Official Rules & Regulations

Eligibility

1. “ACE Scratch Mania” is sponsored by ACE Casinos and is open to guests who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of ACE Casinos are not eligible to participate.
2. The odds of being selected in any draw depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that draw.
3. Any selected contestant who is ineligible, enrolled in the Self-Exclusion (SE) Program, or banned from ACE Casino Blackfoot at the time of the draw will forfeit any prize eligibility.
4. Winners must present valid government-issued photo identification acceptable to ACE Casinos before any prize is awarded.

How to Enter

5. Guests will receive one (1) scratch ticket for each qualifying hand pay jackpot of $800 or more earned between 9:00 AM on October 15, 2026, and 8:30 PM on January 14, 2027.
6. A maximum of one (1) scratch ticket will be awarded per qualifying hand pay jackpot, regardless of the jackpot amount.
7. Guests may receive one (1) free scratch ticket (no purchase necessary) from Guest Services on November 15, December 15, 2026 and January 15, 2027, between 9:00 AM and 8:30 PM.

Monthly Qualifying Draws

8. Scratch tickets revealing “Draw Entry” must be presented to the Slot Cage and the entry ballot will be dropped into the Draw Drum located inside the Slot Cage.
9. The Draw Drum will be emptied after each monthly qualifying draw.
10. Ten (10) qualifiers will be selected during each monthly qualifying draw held at 9:00 PM on:

11. Qualifiers do not need to be present at the time of selection.
12. Each qualifier who claims their invitation to the Final Reverse Draw will receive $25 Free Slot Play.
13. A total of thirty (30) qualifiers will advance to the Final Reverse Draw on January 29, 2027.
14. Qualifiers must be present at the Final Reverse Draw to remain eligible for prizes.

Scratch Ticket Prizes

16. Scratch tickets may reveal one (1) of the following:
    • $5 Free Play
    • Slot Tournament Entry
    • Draw Entry
    • Please Try Again
17. Scratch tickets revealing $5 Free Play or Slot Tournament Entry may be redeemed at the Slot Cage.
18. Scratch tickets revealing “Draw Entry” must be placed into the designated Draw Drum inside the Slot Cage before the applicable monthly qualifying draw.
19. Scratch tickets revealing “Please Try Again” are non-winning tickets and have no cash value.

General Rules

20. All decisions made by ACE Casinos regarding this promotion are final and binding.
21. By participating in this promotion, contestants authorize ACE Casinos to use their name and photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
22. Valid government-issued photo identification acceptable to ACE Casinos is required to claim any prize.
23. ACE Casinos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
24. All dates and times referenced in these rules are based on Mountain Time.
25. By participating in this promotion, all contestants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations.
